Dr. Edward Timmons is a professor of economics at Saint Francis University, the Director of the Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation, and an expert on occupational licensing. Dr. Timmons has published research in numerous academic journals, frequently writes articles in popular media, and his research has been cited by the Federal Trade Commission, the Obama White House, and in state legislatures across the country.
