Archbridge Institute Director of Programs Ben Wilterdink is joined by Chris Edwards, the director of tax policy studies at the Cato Institute and the editor of DownsizingGovernment.org. Before joining Cato, Chris was a senior economist on the congressional Joint Economic Committee, a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and an economist with the Tax Foundation. Chris discusses the findings of his recent report, Entrepreneurs and Regulations: Removing State and Local Barriers to New Businesses, the importance of new businesses, and which states are creating the best and worst climates or entrepreneurs.
