Archbridge Institute Director of Programs Ben Wilterdink talks with Victor Hwang, the founder and CEO of Right to Start, a campaign fighting to rebuild the economy by making entrepreneurial opportunity available to all. Victor is also the founder and CEO of Victor & Company, an economic growth consultancy. Previously, he was Vice President of Entrepreneurship at the Kauffman Foundation where he led initiatives that impacted over 200,000 entrepreneurs. Ben and Victor discuss the slowdown in new business formation and the important role that new and small businesses play in the American economy. They also touch on ideas to jumpstart new businesses formation, such as reforming non-compete agreements and innovative new ways in which entrepreneurs are able to access capital.
